   - We recommend booking an appointment to secure your preferred date and time.

   - A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your appointment and the amount will be deducted from the total cost of the service.

   - All clients are required to undergo a consultation before the tattooing procedure. It is a 10-30mins free consultation.

   - During the consultation, we will assess your needs, discuss the desired outcome, explain the process and address any concerns or questions.

   - Consultations are conducted in a private and comfortable setting to ensure client privacy.

3. Consent and Medical History

   - Clients must provide informed consent before undergoing any cosmetic tattooing procedure. 

   - It is essential to disclose any relevant medical history, allergies, skin conditions, previous tattooing experiences, or medications that may impact the tattooing process. 

   - We prioritize client safety and reserve the right to refuse service if it is determined that the procedure may pose a risk to the client's health or well-being.

4. Aftercare

   - Following the tattooing procedure, clients will receive detailed aftercare instructions.

   - It is crucial to follow these instructions carefully to promote proper healing and achieve optimal results.

5. Rescheduling or Cancellation

   - If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible.

   - We recommend providing at least 48 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

6. Late Arrival

   - We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to arrive late for your appointment.

   - If you arrive late, we will make every effort to accommodate your appointment within the remaining time slot. However, please note that your treatment may be shortened to ensure that subsequent appointments are not delayed.
